As most of you know, Steam Support cannot help with anything to do with War Robots.
"Unfortunately, Steam Support cannot provide the best assistance with games made by other companies.

So, I went to War Robots / Pixonic Website and found this:

If you’d like to leave a feedback (suggestion or criticism) on game features, please include the word “Feedback” in your letter.

I just E-mailed them my "Issues" and my "Hardware Specs" and await for their reply but you will get this:

Greetings! I just found out that not only does Pixonic wants your computer's Hardware Specs and your "Issues" but they want your pilot ID too. Which is crazy if you do not have another Platform to get it or did not write it down.

You can get it in game and one click copy's it and you just have to paste.

Top left of hanger, blue circle with top part of body and head in it, click it, click you id below your name and that's it.

You just have to paste.

Cannot get it if the Game will not launch; so, if you do not have another "Platform" that the Game will launch, you cannot get your pilot ID.
