i am constantly loosing internet on this game

I have the same problem, its realy game breaking ... happens in the Menu and in Rounds

Thank god someone else has the same issues, starting to lose my mind... Checked my internet, my pc specc and so on and couldnt find the reason for the lagging...

I was really pumped once i saw that i could play this on PC since i love the game but have issues with the controlls on Iphone, i do use the Iphone 8+ for bigger screen but still have some issues with stearing and stuff... Loaded the game on steam and it run smooth so i decided to put in some cash for Premium and Orkans + Lancelot and some hangars and after that it went to ♥♥♥♥ lol. Its like the game knew i cashed in and starting to lag out. But today i hit the real game changer, logged on to do my first battle of the day and died with 3 of 4 robots and the reason was huge lagg and reconnect pooped up all the time. For example there was a red beacon, i went on it and then i died and the bots killing me was dead and the beacon was blue and 3 blue bots was there, i went for it all alone... i was like WTF. Didnt think about it anymore and with my new bot i was going for a beacon and BAAM, Reconnecting shows up and once its cleared my bot is dead!! Gets a new bot and was walking and, BAAM here we go with a lag spike following up with a reconnect = Dead bot! Screw this honestly, have mailed about a refund but most likely wont get one, iam gonna be very lucky if i get a email back. And there flipping card game they have, is a totaly scam also, been playing it and keeping track on it, every time you flip the cards you get the worst item on it, gold price goes up and still you get the worst item. Been looking tru 6 diffrent card games and before i flip i know the item behind it, and iam never wrong so totaly Scam, its not random its the lowest item first!! Well anyway, not gonna invest a usd on it untill i get a respond on my mail, and until this lagg and connection issues are solved! Its a shame, i love the idea on PC version but for now its not playable

I dont know, i seen some ppl post lagg issues, but ppl might just drop it instead of post it. I just did a fight where everything just ran perfect, i was so happy thinking they fix it with a server reboot or something but next fight after it came back to normal with lagg and reconnection :/

Most of the time i don´t even get the game running and im stuck in the titlescreen, i guess its unable to load my hangar coz it´s not conneced, .... sometimes my upgradetimer vanishes, its recomending another upgrade, but the one i started isnt finished, the client simply don´t know that coz there is no connection.
Im not even fighting, i got enought issues in the hangar

yea i get stuck there also, i just keep Alt+F4 if the game wont start whitin 10 sec. Man i feel for you, i can atleast play sometimes but you are really facked :/ Well maybe we get lucky soon and we will be able to play

have you lads tried disabling windows update?

its a real bandwidth drainer.

But yes, I had the "Reconnect" pop up twice.

Have 70mb up and down constantly so thats not it iam afraid, disable my firewall, my anti virus, rebooted pc,router, all new drivers are updated, tired it in windowed mode, all kinds of smaller resulotions, but i got 60+ FPS so thats not a issue either, and to be honest iam out of ideas lol. But yesterday nighttime was okey, once or twice the reconnect popped up, and the lagg was not a big problem, was so fun to actully play so i stayed up all night just grinded and enjoyed, never know when that gonna happend agian lol

Today it worked perfect, no lag at all, no reconnect, no frezze in hangar or start up screen :P If a dev read this, dont mess it up now please!!

it worked well all week and it starts again, impossible to load the shed. If it's like that all weekend, I will not stay longtemp on this game.

Yep, worked like a charm, perfect gameplay and alot of fun.. like it should be, now it starts agian with reconnect and lag spikes, stuck on loading screen and in meny´s in hangar... Fix it pretty please, need my reality escape game :P

I was following this thread carefully. It seems that problem with connection occurs during the weekends precisely.
There were no deviations in our data, so can you please provide your in-game IDs and what and when exactly the problems occur?

So that we can look it up
