Any way to play against AI Bots?

Hey all is there any way to play against AI robots and still progress my character?

I dont understand why they dont implement AI battles, not everyone wants to PVP all the time.

This is the reason I don't play Mechwarrior.

War Robots is a PVP game with real players versus real players.

Why would you want to play vs AI though?

I love playing against or with AI, right now i am playing Vermintide 2 with the bots on the campaign and its all good, no having to wait for games to start, just jump in and play. I was liking Overwatch but it takes to long to get games going for me. Sometimes I am waiting more than 5 mins for a game to start. Kills my momentum.

i dont like playing against real people because literally when u first start and play everyone is destroying you and its almost impossible to progress

Only bots are at the start of the game, in the first few battles.

Filling the battle with AI bots to get matches would be good even if the xp gain was very low. Would rather play against a few players mixed with a couple bots then sit waiting for 5 mins with thumb up your azz waiting for a match.

I made this post I think over 1 year ago. Still no AI ingame. I think coding AI is a killer so the developers avoid this. It's a shame because the game would be more successful if there was AI. Not because AI is special, its because AI bots eliminate wait times.

Picture only having 2 hours a day for gaming. Now picture playing WarRobots. Something like 40% to 60% of your gaming time is spent waiting for a game to start. This can kill any game no matter if AAA or indie. This also makes the player quit and they are forced to find a more suitable game. Really sucks tho in this genre because Microsoft owns the Mechwarrior rights.

This means we are stuck with this game or MWO.

I agree with you and have said as well, we need bots to help with match making.

It's the only way to help keep this game alive and maybe give it a bit more life.
