Greetings, pilots, and welcome to War Robots!
If you've encountered any problems, there are a couple of things you can try first

Update your drivers. Fresh drivers — good drivers!

Steam provides an easy way of doing that:

• Open a "Steam" menu.
  
• Click on "Update nVidia / AMD video drivers" (depends on GPU vendor).
  
• Click on "Install Now" if your driver is out of date.
  
• You might be taken to a website that provides drivers to download. Just follow the instructions on a website then.

Sometimes your drivers are auto-updated. In this case, you won't see this item in the menu.

Restart your computer and try running the game again. Classic.

Sometimes running the game right after installation disturbs anti-virus software or other security measures. Restarting might help.

Disable any software that creates in-game overlays (like Discord).

Some chat clients like Discord inject their code into the game and force it to be unstable. Disabling such software might help the game. If this is the case for you — let us know.

Check available disk space on system drive

War Robots Steam requires up to 50Mb of disk space on system drive. It does not depend on where you install the game. Make sure you have enough free space on your HDD/SSD.

You can also access it through the game, Menu > Report an error

Make sure you specify your PlayerID (when available) which you can find in game's menu. Click on it to copy it to the clipboard.

We would also appreciate:

• Screenshots in case of graphics issues
  
• System information from menu item "Help -> System Information".

android and steam have separated servers and platforms, if you cant play android wr on steam you can,t stream android wr.
Can u try to play your android acc on pc with an addroid emulator... that is only ideea that y have.
For that y use blue stack...but ydk whi after last 4 updates wr cant be controleted with mouse.

everytime I get into a game, my screen turns left and my robot walks backward, this has happened with another steam game (SCP secret lab) but they fixed it, can you?

A Haechi has an energy shield. Myself and 3 team mates all smashed him at once with high level orcans (I was launching 4x level 8s from a Spectre, don't know what the others had). The shield did not deplete at all (lighting up like a Christmas tree, he wouldn't've been able to see anything).

The Haechi should've been turned to a pool of molten metal. The only way to scratch him was to hit him with energy weapons or jump inside his shield zone, which we tried to do, but was too hard - he's a dash bot after all.

So, he takes damage, but his shield does not.

He also sports an Inquisitor with seemingly indefinite duration stealth.

EDIT: and a Haechi that cannot drop below 1 HP. Absolutely invincible.

there ia an issue with pixonic team....idiot people that don't let you to win skirmish and dont care about players problems.
Y hit enamy with full charge,the crossair show mee that y hit target, but 0 dmg. Y instadie with gareth when somone hit my shild.....if y hit other gareth shild...only destroy that shild
That thing happen 6 games in a row....only first 2 y win....rest of the 6/8 lose coz y hit but 0 dmg.

when im going from gold league 1 to diamond league 3 can some one tell me why im playing against players from champion league??? i just played against the second place clan and our team got our a$$es handed to us and im not even in a clan, so with that being said how am i suppose to progress past this point when i keep getting knocked back to gold league???

Because there's not enough players playing the game at the time that you play; the matchmaking system has to pair up those who are currently active. Champs tend to run in full squads - every now and then you'll be up against one of those full squads. When they're not in a full squad, the MM system will still pair you with champs as there's not enough of them looking for battle to pair with themselves only.

my bots start to move and become impossible to control...y lose 3 bots and over 40 rating points coz of this bug.

i found a GLITCH OR HACK ON GAME on SHENZEN MAP;

One player ({TBK} Black cobra) using a Kumiho was walkin on "outside game area". We can't pass, We can't hit him, but he can hit us an how can he gat there

I had screenshots from this game.

I'm 159m, shotting with a Punisher(500m) and my shots stuck on a "invisible Wall" but he can hit me.
