No i dont think so, normally there are only 2 player split screen. I would be very surprised if the split screen mode, will be up too 4 players but i can be wrong. My best tip is wait for Gamescom, because that is this month. And i bet Big Moon will be there too talk about Dakar 18, mayby we will get our answers there.

to pity :( Thx for the answer! There are a lot of people with nice pc´s. So you coul write - 4 player splitscreen experimental mode. So this isn´t in the hardware requirements.
