DAKAR 18 say the following....

We confirm that all your listed devices (Fanatec Clubsport Base v.2.5, CS Pedals v.3, CS Shifter v.1.5 and CS HandBrake v.1.5) will be detected by or NEW "DEVICE WIZARD" from our "OPTIONS" menu. Once you install the game, please open the "Options" and Run "Device" tab option.

And if, for any reason, something fail with your Fanatec devicesnon DAKAR18, you just need to send us a note to [e-mail] and we will support you!

I hope that this Update v.08 works for Fanatec Periphals

Wow! it works very well. My accuforce wheel, fanatec v3 pedals, th8 shifter(H-shifter supported!), and fanatec handbrake are all detected and working properly ingame, including ffb. And we have a proper, analog clutch now.

Great update! I'm sure this will make a lot of people happy.

Hey... Im in the configuration wizard, and it says to turn my wheel and it doesnt detect my accuforce pro v2. It doesnt move the bar in the devices section either. How did you get it working?>

Before I used the configuration wizard, I selected SimXperience Accuforce under Connected Devices. I set the buttons on the wheel to what I wanted by unbinding with my xbox one controller(X button), then binding them with the wheel buttons.

Then I started the configuration wizard. The wheel animations don't match your steering input, so don't worry about that. Just do as it asks and use the button on your wheel you set to A after you complete the request.

I don't know if that will work for you, but thats how I did it. The ffb is OK, but I think it could use some improvement. I'm working on it now by making a custom profile in sim commander 4.

It's doesn't sense that my wheel is moving at all for some reason. I might have to delete and reinstall it to try and start fresh

Before Update v.08 my all Fanatec Periphals are detected and can configurate every input and the Force FeedBack is very Strong.

Congratulations for the Dakar 18 Team Support.

Dakar 18 is like an Arcade Game but in my opinion is an excellente Rally Game and a new idea of Rally and for be a new concept, Dakar 18 is the winner 2018 for me.

If some want to buy it, do it.

It is a great game - even if i have to use a controller, but I really wish I can get my peripherals working. I just have too many and I think one of them is causing a ghost input which is forcing each binding to show it everytime I tried to rebind each input

Fanatec v2.5 + csl pedals, nothing really works! configuration wizard just seems as though its detecting something that is not pressed/activated. When the game recognizes something, its inverted.

This is useless im afraid.

Fanatec ClubSport Base Wheel v.2.5 and whatever Steering Wheel like Porsche 918 Steering Wheel with Pedals v3 and Shifter v.15 are now detected and working on Dakar 18.

Have not tried this yet, but this issue is well known in other games. im not prepare3d to unplug a range of controllers every time i want to play a game where the device implementation is not done properly.

But i might try this anyway, just to try the game out. Otherwise ill try to change a bit in the JSON files definint the different controllers.

With other devices unplugged it worked, even if it took a couple of tries...

IN FACT TODAY IT WORKed BRILLIANTLY. (I have pedals plugged into wheel, much better than into PC. Detected as one device, its easier.
