How to switch out incinerate for electro bolt?

So when I received telekenesis and i had to switch it between the other two plasmids I had, I accidentily switched it with electro bolt and now I have incinerate with telekenesis and I don't know how to switch them back.

In order to switch out different plasmids for other plasmids, you need to visit a gene bank. They are marked on you map with the symbol of a double helix. When you aquire a new plasmid, you have the option of storing it in the gene bank.
