Please help I'm stucked

It says I have to go to arcadia but I'm trapped in this place (see screenshot below) and I've tried almost everything but I still can't keep going. Someone please tell me what to do here please. Thanks!

Well u are now in fast travel capsule (i call it like that).. U see the door straight ahead? U should be able to use when u get near it and it will take u to arcadia.

First of all thanks for your response.
I already used it and it seemed like the lever moved and then nothing else happened for a long time and I found myself trapped there unable to do anything. Is the not working door a coommon bug? Any way to fix it? I already tried loading a previously stage of the game but when I get to that place It's still not working...

The only glitch i have found so far is when i travel from place to place i get black screen.

You're likely trying to head back to a section of the city that is now closed off to you and you're not able to back travel. I dont have any problem with the game i'm almost done with it playing on hard. I think maybe when you get the pods that travel around using the water ways select a destination no previously visited. Best I can suggest. if you're not too far into the game. remove all saves. and restart. or delete the local content and redownload.
