How do I get to "Eve's Garden?"

I'm in the part of the game were I have to kill 4 specific people and photograph them, and the hint says the last guy "was a regular at Eve's Garden." I saw tons of signs that said "Eve's Garden" on the walls, but I can't find the actual place. I looked on the map and searched the area multiple times, but it won't show up. I guess I'm just stupid, I need help.

So, you travel through the frozen tunnels to the other side of the map (Poseidon), go down the main hallway on the first floor until you see another hallway on your left. At the end of that hallway should be a bar called Eve's Garden. Expore the bar and then the last guy should start running from you.

LITTLE SIDE NOTE: Once you have all 4 photographs in place, the owner of the area (Forget his name) appears at the top of the stairs. DON'T SMACK HIM UNTIL HE'S DONE TALKING, or else he wont unlock the power-up for you. You can kill him after he unlocks it. Good luck!

Even better: Don't kill him at all. When you get to his apartment, he'll be there with two splicers. Kill the splicers, kill him, and you get access to an extra Power to the People machine. (And also the key to his chest, I think.)

Even better better: After killing him at his apartment, return to Fort Frolic and burn his four paintings sculpture. Either A.) he'll appear and attack you, or B.) he'll spawn at the theater stage, whereupon he'll attack you. Kill him again this second time, and you can get his loot again this second time.
