Help! Stuck in Fort Frolic!

I purchased this game during a sale a few months ago, and I've been loving every aspect of it ever since.. that is, until this happened. At this point, I have played BioShock for 22 hours, and just defeated Sander Cohen. I listened to Atlas' message introducing Hephaestus, so I headed towards the BioSphere to get there. When I reached the BioSphere, however, Hephaestus was not a location in the machine (it wasn't even an option to go to Hephaestus). I panicked and, after some research, I found that I had not explored all of Fort Frolic. After I finally explored ALL of Fort Frolic (every location on the map), I went back to the BioSphere. Once there, I once again could not find Hephaestus as a location to travel to. I then tried saving the game and restarted both the game and my computer multiple times, but I still can not find Hephaestus as a location for the BioSphere. I am currently stuck in Fort Frolic because of this, unable to progress into the game. I did complete Cohen's Masterpiece, and whenever I press h for help/current objects, the page reads that there are no current objectives (or objectives in general). Thus is my dilemma. What should I do? Please Help!!!!

Have you completed Sander Cohen's masterpiece? This needs to be finished before the route to Hephaestus will open.

What have you been doing for 22 hours in this game? you can beat it 100% on hard and deep exploration in under 10 hours. Anyway, in Fort Frolic you have to kill 4 targets and take a picture of their dead bodies and then bring the pictures and put them in the frames in the main hall to complete Cohen's masterpiece. The current target location is always mentoned in the menu if you press "H" button, you can read the text under the map. Go there, kill the target and take a picture of it, put it into the frame in the main hall and proceed to the next target one by one. When the masterpiece is done, Cohen allows you to leave in that batysphere, which you don't have access to at the moment. Hope it helps, if not feel free to add me, I can help you with this

Problem solved: I was trying to use the wrong BioSphere (there were two of them).

u shouldn't have killed cohen cuz futher in the game u'd found his house and get extra things that im not gonna spoil,but anyway... Have you tried going upstairs to the projection room?

go to the bathesphear and head to the next area. The reason you had to do sandors missions was because he locked the bathesphear but with him dead, you can carry on.
