Unable to hack Turret

For the life out of me, I can't even hack turret at all. I can hack security bot just fine, but the turret on the chair. I can't hack those at all. It like the hacking options is not even there at all. Even the tip did said to me that I can hack turret. I just can't. I never had this problem before.

Have you frozen or electrocuted it before trying? That often helps.

I always use electric and it works just fine, never tried it by using frost.

Zapping turrets is a complete waste of EVE if you're have winter blast and a desire to hack.
1. Winter blast does not damage the turret, so you have a more effective convert.
2. Winter blast uses less eve.
3. Winter blast slows down the liquid in the turret's pipes, making hacking easier.

Wow I am dumb. I forgot about zapping it first to hack it. It been a LONG time since I played Bioshock.

There's nothing dumb or stupid about forgetting how to perform a fairly minor function with all the correct steps after a period of inactivity.

Freeze it if you can, though. =] Zapping is a waste.

I Know that. I just started on the game. I am at one of my favorite level, Medical Pavillion. So Winter Blast is out of the question for now
