Entry to the Framer's Market won't open?

I did all the stuff in Arcadia and followed the arrow which should leed me to the Farmers Market, but the door to the elevator is closed. I played the Game a few years ago too and can remember that i also stucked in Arcadia.
Is this a bug or did I forgot something?

So, you saw Julie Langford in her lab and got her number passcode? And you got stuck at the final door before Farmer's Market? The door behind the sign with the lady corpse and the shotgun? Trying to figure out what door you mean that won't open.

Exactly, the door with a 'R' on it.

yeah man me too,i found julie in the lab and did everything,but when i want to open the dorr that will lead me to the farmer's market,i got stuck evey time :( plus i found another bug i think, if you go to the tea's something(i don't remember the name) and if you try to go into the hole in the wall in front of the door that you open with the "flame-ability",you will lead into another door,i think that is the door where we come from,i don't remember,and guess what?you get stuck like the door of the farmer's market.
do you know how to fix it?

ok i found the issue. It's the save game file that is corrupted.I fixed it....starting a new game. I think that this is the only way you can fix it.
I think that this problem is made by my steam launcher,in this 2 years it gave me a lot of trouble and i had to delete and reinstall my steam launcher, with all my games, and i think that this is the problem, maybe my files went corrupted into the delete-reinstall process.
