Kill or dont kill sander cohen?

Im about to put a bullet in his head because he has the key to open that damn box. He will appear again? Or give something in the future? Should i kill him?

if you don't kill him you see him later, and get access to a Power to the People station, much better than what's in the box

you can kill him later if you want to - he's basically just a Houdini with high health

If you leave him alive, you can go to his appartment room with a weapon power up station, then go ahead and kill him if you please.

I personally wouldnt kill him because hes the only splicer in the entire game that doesnt attack you on sight, id feel kinda bad for killing him.

but I killed those two dancers in his apartment, and he went a bit mental.

i didnt kill him the firat chance, got the power to the ppl station, and then took the bathysphere back to fort frolic, and took the box, and killed him again

anyone seen any of the dr who episodes with the killer angel statues? there is one room in this level that is about 10x as freaky as that. can you find it? HINT: be sure to have tons of electric buckshot and a fist full of lightning ready. And be sure not to blink.
