Spoiled or not, this is an excellent franchise.
Heck, the first time I played through Bioshock I, it bugged me how the plot was forcing me to go off and do things that seemed counterintuitive to what you'd really prioritise in that situation, i.e, your own survival and escape.
It's only once I got to the ending that I became SO delighted by the game, and replaying my way through it was so satisfying.
Then playing it again at the end of the infinite DLC was oh so wonderful with everything I knew, and started to really notice.
Nice! They are some of the best games ever created. Excellent storytelling. The first and last seem to be the best from what I heard. I'm still lagging behind the crowd though so haven't even finished the first one and only played Infinite for 2 hours.
In my opinion, the story of this game is great, but the best part is the gameplay/atmosphere.
The atmosphere of the game is so charming and absorbing to play first hand is pretty incredible.
The difficulty increases at a respectable pace keeping combat fresh as the level design forces you to use different play styles.
