The big daddies in Neptune's Bounty, at least the ones in the lower warf can be made INCREDIBLY easy by one simple trick. You know how after the first entrance into Fontaine Fisheries, how after you leave a path opens up in the full level, well in this pass is an INCREDIBLY good hiding spot for using during big daddy fights. Once you, for simplest terms, piss off a the big daddy by damaging him, run into the area that opens up, the one that eventually leads you to the camera, and look to the left, you will find a little venting area/crawlspace you can go into by crouching. While in this area, big daddies, no matter if they are alert or not, can NOT hurt you at all, allowing you free ability to kill them however you want.
