Nope. Poseidon Plaza is on your map in Fort Frolic, and signs to direct you to it. Once you're inside the plaza, the record store has a big sign over it's store front. I'm sure you can find it if you look.

Take a left at the cigar shop. Jump off of Colombia. Land in the Ocean and dive down to Rapture. Go to Fort Frolic. Follow the magic signs. Hack Camera A, B, and C. Then Kill People. Should be on your left. Remember to buy a plasmid Ice Cream Pop on the Way out by the gift shop.
