Cant Find Little Sisters?

The big daddy In Neptune's Bounty cant seem to find one of the Little Sisters. I have finished the story for the level, and gone to the hideout after taking all the pictures of the Splicers. It tells me I have missed one Little Sister and I should probably find her before moving on. I have already found the other 2, and rescued them, but the last one seems to be really good at not showing herself? Is this a bug? What exactly should I do?

*Q: Did you pause and look at your Little Sister Icons?*

A: Yes, 2 have just the little sister, one has the little sister and the big daddy on it.

*Q: Have you gone back a level and then back to Neptune's Bounty?*

A: Yes, changed nothing.

*Q: Have you tried killing splicers for the little sister to harvest?*

A: Yep, over and over.

*Q: have you progressed enough to where the little sisters have spawned?*

A: Yes, I have gotten as far as I could without getting all the LS's.

*Q: Are you playing Bioshock original, or Bioshock remastered?*

A: Remastered.

Please advice if you can! Hopefully im not bugged, Thx.

A little late but, its not a good decision to play the remastered version, because original version is THE already mastered version. And for your problem, little sisters are random spawn, dont try to rush through the areas, talking from experience, they spawn at any room that you are about to enter in every 15-20 minutes, i mean a big daddy spawns, either with little sister or not.

Yeah, I know this doesn't help but there were some levels that I wasn't able to find the little sisters. I actually waited for a long time for them to show up and at some points they never did.
