Sliding into the water on Yama

I was standing on the shore at Yama about 2m from the water and after catching several fish I noticed I had slid into the water and got stuck
I didn't move at all while fishing...the only key I used was my shift to power cast/reel
This has happened to me in a couple spots on Yama river
