Windows ClickLock allowed?
Saw someone tell another user to use ClickLock in windows accessibility features to reduce clicks for reeling. I got worried they were possibly trolling with the intent to report for a ban. Is this something that would be considered cheating?

Its just an Accessibility settings, in Windows System,
to aid mouse' repeat rate.

Wouldnt use it and ask in standalone forum/Mail.
