dual monitor
I believe the game have some problem on dual monitor, whenever I try to put the game from monitor 1 to monitor 2, the game constantly return to monitor 1 while the game size keep changing. There is only one way I can force the game into monitor 2. Is that when the screen size of the game turns into a dot, the I use alt+enter to turn it back on the full screen, but it doesnt sounds healthy and if it returns to windowed size, it returns to monitor 1 again. Is that my problem or what, what should I do?

This has happened to me in other games, try Alt + Enter to play it in windowed mode. or check the in game options to see if you can run it in a border-less window.

Running it in a borderless window as Poggers suggested should help with this. There is no option within RF4, but some players use the Borderless Gaming application for this. Normally third party tools are not allowed but since you are not using it to manipulate results in the game it is fine.

So I cant naturally pull the game from monitor 1 to monitor 2? As it returns to monitor 1 anyway if it is not in full screen.

As far as I know the only way is to put it in full screen then press alt+enter and move it over, or use a borderless window.
