Reset Account

i used a new email, but ingame, im back to my old save...
why?

i just want to reset my account and start from scratch... cant be that hard!? oO

i used a new email but got into my old account.... dont know how/why...

why is there not just an "reset my account" button in the menu!?
that would make things much easier...

really... i need to download the gamelauncher from somewhere else to be able to use another account?

why can i use my login data to login at https://rf4game.com/
but i cant use the login data to login into the launcher!?

now i need to wait another 15min to get the same message as before "wrong pw"....

pls, just lemme use my steam account.... and lemme reset the game progess if i want... thats it... nothing more... just that....

almost 2 hours now... 2 accounts.. 4+ password resets.... just because i want to get a fresh start ingame.....
