Server issues - Important information

As you know, we are experiencing severe server stability issues at the moment. Some of the problems have been solved, others are still being worked on. Unfortunately, the risk of server disconnection at any moment still remains.
We are working at full capacity on resolving these issues as fast as possible and will keep you informed about the progress.
As usual, all matters related to compensation will be resolved after the problem has been fixed. Thank you for your understanding and your patience!

According to some feedback from ' Chinese version ' of the game, users, claims
that the game, difficulty and rarity of fish, are somehow ' different ' than

what personally been experiencing on the ' English version ' from Steam user.
No idea or experience in the ' Chinese version ' or what said was true, false or hearsay,

Been seeing the constant problems from China based users, maybe the dev could clarify, so as to narrow down, why the frequent ' I can't log into the game ' on the Chinese discussion tab.
At present, most frequent are users from Russian and China claiming ' Can't get into Game ', so what is the common factor between the two,
could only think of the ' Region restrictions ', 'vpn', ' internet nodes used by some users ', ... etc.

All the in game regions are running on this same server, software and are using this same scripts, settings etc.
The only difference is game language, regional records, regional chats, sometimes different events, competitions and support provided for players in the regional language.
There is NO difference between regions in regard to game difficulty, possibility of catching trophy fish, amount of fish, fish migrations, fish preferences etc.
We are experiencing a global server issues, and this is not based on where the player is connecting from.

china staff told me to reinstall the game,and i did ,but it helped nothing. I also send the logs,but the question last nearly one month, and i'am still can't connect to the game.
