Selling fish and other suggestions

It is not very logical that fish such as a 1kg<-2kg carp or bream are worth more than one kg of small roach frying, Gougeons, ablettes and other small carpets when we know that it is excellent to consume and sells rather expensive in restaurants while carp, Breams and even pike are full of fish bones and are good at these sizes only to make quenelles or to throw. It is not at all normal. No restaurant or fish shop will buy that. In this sense the game is noy as it shoud be logical.I wish that the creators of the game correct that very important point. Please. Thank you.
In the same way I find that there are not enough varied fishing rods and French-style corks for fishing at once. There would be a lot to add because the game relies mainly on the English and USa type fishing material.
I always made baits based on uding common garlic blends of various cheap flours, pastis, chènevis, potato, bread, etc and there not much good in shops.
Finally, we would like to be able to find something to be able to fish on the fly and at a reasonable price.

It depends which country you are in. In Eastern Europe and Asia, carp are prized food fish in many places. They aren't going to change this to suit you.
