How to change ''country''
so when i started up the game i got to choose btwn some countries which i thougth would be the places i would be going fishing in but i dont think thats the case, i chose japan will that have any effect on multiplayer or anything in the game?

No, this has no effect on gameplay whatsoever. All regions are the same.
