A plea to our Steam community - please share the spots!
As we all know fish not always appear in the same spot/time all the time so I think it would benefit everybody if we keep sharing locations/catches among each other here on Steam forum and on RF4:

There are many passionate players in this community but I`m sad to see little to no activity on Steam forum so please share your expiriance if you want, I make sure to share any good spot/method if I have one.

Just be aware some of these posts showing up are old, like mine above (from Feb) doesn't apply anymore. At least not with the specifications I laid out. I tried fishing there a few weeks ago and it was purdy (pretty) bad. I'll give it a go here in a few, just to see if there's some spots for newer players to grind out though.

Edit 29 mins later - Currently having better luck from 41:62. Casting between 50-60% around the grass. See previous post on page 2.

Same setup, fcarbon leaders, 1/0 hooks, semolina, and 10/10 cruc/gibel groundbait.

Edit 2 - 26:67 Old Burg for Bream, casting south. Same setup as above except for garlic dough and bream ground bait.

Another Bream spot on Old Burg @ 08:49 - East (ish)

71 100 is good for vimbas and white eye bream.. occasionally some blue bream

Clip: 15 - 25
Bait: redworm, boilies bloodworm 10 and redworm 10
Set up: inline rig flouro 2.2 or 3.1 will do

Float fishing depth 1.3 use wet bread hook size 6 or 8.
Gibel carp, crucian carp, and others.
Think this is good for new players.

Yes the last update removed a lot of activity on most water bodies.. You can still earn a descent amount of silver fishing Vimba right off the pier on Volkov, to the left of the deep hole, about 70% - 80% out, using Bark Beetle larvae. Three Vimba earn about the same silver as a descent Blue Bream, but they are more common than the Blue Bream "were", past tense.. "were". So if you're a noob with low end gear, you can still easily get about 300 - 400 silver per net fishing the Roach and a few Vimba along the way.. :)

Also, Volkhov 126:91, Feeder fishing with Bloodworm has a few White Eyed Bream snd super fast Roach fishing. Jig-stepping with No.10 Hunter lure has a good steady stream of large Zander, Asp, Pike and Atlantic Salmon (cast into the reeds on the left and Jig-Step down the channel, or a long cast to the reeds on the adjacent Island).

you will find that most people who enjoy fishing tend to do it alone. i enjoy ther game from time to time and feel content on my own. maybe make more comps?

Thats exactly the reason I dont share anything I find, they watch for players on chat etc. who have good spots, when you go try it's not good anymore. And I bet the same goes for youtube. I have two great spots for trophy crusian carp at new mosquito lake, and in the same spot get about 50 to 100 fish sometimes more in one game session. also got three nice "carp run" spots with same result in catching many carp in old burg. I will not share these locations, for fear of being removed..thats why I think people here dont wanna share, they see their locations being nerfed too..Apologies. but I wont share.

idiots showing all the spots, bait and clipping on youtube are making the game harder !! Cant anyone see this??? the devs kill these locations...for EVERYONE.

And that describes EXACTLY why such spots SHOULD be nerfed down a lot! You, my friend are not after fishing, you are after cheating. Such biterates are totally unrealistic and making use of them is basically just cheating.

@Grabaurt while I understand your point, I think cheating may be strong wording. Does the bite rate need to be adjusted? Perhaps. However as long as they are not manipulating files or using cheats or exploits to generate the bites they really aren't doing anything wrong.

But I don't understand who does not want to make silver and buy good equipment? its a human behaviour. If sharing spots and helping others make silver at the point they give up hopes is not cheating at all. If you are against sharing spots, please dont visit this thread and your problem is solved and if devs are nerfing those spots then they might lose more players

yes correct and I was one of them who had lost interest in this game and shifted to other similar game, was planning to spend some real money in that game and suddenly i found a russian forum where they share spots and I am back in the game again. Brought premium account in this too.. why? because I at least know where to fish and make silver. this is the difference
