Different kind of fish:
The best way is to experiment with different baits. If you want to catch predatory fish your best bet is spin fishing, jigging and live bait fishing( basicaly everything that mimics live fish). About the fish size, it is random. Skill point which you invest in fihing technique should supposedly increase the chance to catch bigger fish. Always check weekly records to she which bait is the best at the moment. Also type of groundbait affects the typ of fish which you will catch the most when using such ground baitl.
If you don't know how to use ground bait , you need base groundbait, additives and attractants. Every ingredients needed you can buy in the shop. Then you need to go in menu and select ground bait, then select what you need and craft the groundbait.
Loose the snag :
Let the line loose. Otherwise you'll brake it. Also try to go to the opposite side of the snag and then try to un-snag it.
Energy :
You need energy to fight the fish and digging up the bait. To refill it use tea and coffe which you can craft at the fireplace in the camp. You just need to buy ingredients.
Different rod types :
There are float, bolo, feeder, carp, spin and jerking rods on which you can fish. To put different tackle on let's say spinn fishing rod you need to equip the rod press "v" and in the menu you can change different types of lures and techniques.
Fish fighting system :
Fish is designed to just run as far as it's possible from you. There's not much that you can do with weak tackle other than run after the fish if you don't want to be spooled. Fish strenght is wierd and kinda dumb in the game because you can get spooled on a 3 kg reel with 300m of line if you hook in to a asp weighing 1.5kg. It's not realistic until you get kind of deecend equipment.
Multiplayer :
It will never happen sadly. There were a lot of request but devs won't include it
Prices :
Since like 3 or 4 big updates fish activity went down and tackle prices went up. Game is becoming grindy and grindy and it's killing the fun. Been talking to people and a lot of them said that after these new updates they won't pay for premium any longer .
Testing tackle :
Not wery realistic. Before every purchase read carefully tackle description (test, load capacity, friction brake strenght etc)
Murky water :
Every lake/river besides Belaya and Kuori are murky and that affects on tackle that you should use.
Hello PANA WALTER
If you are referring to being able to see other players this is not a feature. The game is multiplayer in the sense that players compete for spots on the same leaderboard and to some extent can see each others actions when they are in the same chat, or area.

Crucian
And have you ever been to school for the planning of your team? Won't you plan out some good play and interaction and so on? Now it seems that it has been difficult for players
I have a suggestion regarding cafe orders, I think it would be nice if completing them would give skill points and experience in addition to silver, it would go long way for everyone playing the game since the grind gets really frustrating at times. For example, I just completed an order on Old Burg, I turned in three 1kg breams for 40ish silver, instead of that, a great reward would be a random skill point boost of 0.2%, experience points based on a percentage of experience points needed for the next level, and a silver amount equaling to the actual fish market price of three 1kg breams. In addition to that, some high end cafe orders could reward items such as lures or maybe even rods and reels for trophies, but that is a bit of a stretch.
Anyway, I am sure you would make a lot of people happy with something like this, I hope you will consider it.
Helo vnholden,
Some of the waterbodies are quite large and very good for trolling, you just have not unlocked them yet.
