Can this game come back with the new Steam 'policy'?

As title asks. I would think that once it's updated to say what they claim it will say it should be perfectly fine to upload back on here right? Are you guys planning to attempt to get it back on at that point or have you decided simply not to bother with it?

I think Valve just do what they want, regardless of what they claim the policy is. So I doubt it's going to make a difference.

They claim they're only going to prevent illegal or troll content from being on the platform period. This VN isn't troll content and it's not illegal since theyr'e all 18 so by their new policy statement preventings this from going on would be against policy. If they did that, they could probably be sued.

I don't think a policy like that is binding. It's not a contract made with anyone, so they're not bound to follow it. I'm not a legal expert though, but I don't think they could be sued for not following their own guidelines.

Or they can just keep ignoring the devs, regardless of what their policy is.
