Dying Light: Bad Blood

Dying Light: Bad Blood

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO OPTIMIZATION?
There seems to be none major visual improvements since dying light, but i get really poor performance on my r5 1600 + gtx1070 (Ultra preset) Got near 70 fps but stutter like crazy...

Even in low graphics and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1080p resolution the game run a 7-40 fps!! This game is a bad joke xD (i7 7700k+gtx1070)

Radeon RX 480 on highest settings and I consistently get 60 fps... Sure for competitive games you would want way higher fps to play comfortably and I also am not happy with 60 fps, but come on, this is the second time people even get to play this game and it hasn't even gone into early acces yet...

I don't blame devs for that just yet. Only some info so they got knowledge.

I'm getting similar issues although I'm not sure if it's the frame rate, or something else. Basically lots of lag, especially when taking on enemies- I can hear them but not see them until they're on top of me. Same when taking on other players - one player took me out with fists alone despite my having a weapon simply because he was hitting me but I couldn't see him in enough time.

It was like: get hit two or three times, then you'd see your attacker. Try to hit back but they'd already be moved and hitting you again, definitely a lag issue and not my reactions. I'm a casual gamer but my reactions are not _that_ bad :)

Last week's playtest ended the same way, although things were much better at the start.
I did think it might be a network issue but now I'm not so sure, it doesn't matter if I forward the recommended ports or not, I even switched off my router firewall briefly - no difference.

It's a reasonable spec PC: core i5 3.2GHz, 16GB, Nvidia GTX970. Tried locking frame rate, unlocking it, turning settings down as far as they go (in game) - same result. 1920x1080 full screen.

Not sure whats going on and I'll try again in a bit but to be honest at the moment its unplayable. I guess it's what these tests are for, and I hope Techland can use our feedback to make a better game.

Coming back with some news : I did what they say here : http://badblood.support.techland.pl/en/support/solutions/articles/15000012249-performance-fps-issues

And I can play in safemode (really really low resolution that make the game ugly) and even with that, I have don't more than 30 FPS.

Hey guys, take a look at this article on our support site:
http://badblood.support.techland.pl/en/support/solutions/articles/15000012249-performance-fps-issues
You can also contact our team using that page to give them more specific info (dxdiag etc.) and they will help you out.
We are seeing with some players that they need to change the setting on their PC to use their high powered video card and not the dedicated one, so that's worth checking too.

Man its been since the first beta that you post this? just think. if the problem is not resolved maybe its beceause your Solutions doesnt work? and why try to use a ticket if techland will respond 2 days later?

Our support team is online right now so they should be able to get to you quickly. With something like this we often need specific info from each person, because the issues can vary from person to person.
