It was like: get hit two or three times, then you'd see your attacker. Try to hit back but they'd already be moved and hitting you again, definitely a lag issue and not my reactions. I'm a casual gamer but my reactions are not _that_ bad :)
Last week's playtest ended the same way, although things were much better at the start.
I did think it might be a network issue but now I'm not so sure, it doesn't matter if I forward the recommended ports or not, I even switched off my router firewall briefly - no difference.
It's a reasonable spec PC: core i5 3.2GHz, 16GB, Nvidia GTX970. Tried locking frame rate, unlocking it, turning settings down as far as they go (in game) - same result. 1920x1080 full screen.
Not sure whats going on and I'll try again in a bit but to be honest at the moment its unplayable. I guess it's what these tests are for, and I hope Techland can use our feedback to make a better game.
And I can play in safemode (really really low resolution that make the game ugly) and even with that, I have don't more than 30 FPS.
I'm playing on Laptop but game was using my Intel HD so i force him to using my GTX and now i can play much better.
Try to do this on your Nvidia configurations

You can also contact our team using that page to give them more specific info (dxdiag etc.) and they will help you out.
We are seeing with some players that they need to change the setting on their PC to use their high powered video card and not the dedicated one, so that's worth checking too.
Man its been since the first beta that you post this? just think. if the problem is not resolved maybe its beceause your Solutions doesnt work? and why try to use a ticket if techland will respond 2 days later?
