you can take wounded people to keep numbers up (unlike the earlier two), make sure you havent annoyed a key ally by blowing their buildings up,
2. load and save constantly, at the start of every mission and start/end of every turn. after an alient attack raid every building to find aliens then reload and go straight to the right one
3. riad the cult until it is bankrupt to steal all their stuff and sell it
4. too many options/stratergies? keep it simple by only using the biggest and best weapons and vehicles
1) You have to be able to build at least one item (i.e. have it researched).
2) Have enough money to build at least one of them.
I will demonstrate with the bio transport.
Tell the engineers to start the project, then immediately assign them another project, start the same project (Bio Transport) again, and then tell then to reassign again. You may notice, that you just got back an additional $700. So basically I do these, keep mouse cursor over the reassign button and one finger on the enter key. Click Reassign, Enter, Reassign, Enter, Reassign, Enter, etc... You can keep doing this until you get bored or your arm goes numb. Starting out with this is a pain, but when you get more expensive projects, i.e. an Annihilator that costs 50 grand... then the process is much faster. Hope that helps.
It's an editor for x-com apocalypse that lets you change stats, damage, money, items in a base, the city scape, and let's you edit save games, even the market and item prices, as well as the alien dimension itself and how many ufo's are there, how many are grown, and even let's you change the cap for ufo's in the alien dimension. it's free too.
