Some organisation become friends with alliens, when they have 0% alien infiltration.
After UFO rush I get +7 hostle organisations, but I dont see how aliens make subversion. Is it a bug? The do not accept my payment.

If you then sell the cloaking field, leave the sales screen and then go back in your storage will go up to 100% because the list of equipment has shifted - there are now 50 GLM Air Defense weapons and 1020 rumble cannons

Sell those items, the storage drops back down to ~42%

In either case, this basically proves what i expected - something has borked the savegame and corrupted it

Further digging around i can find that something has shifted the relations table too (which is why organisations are acting weird)

Nearly every value and list in that game relates to the item one up/down and it shifts when certain things are done

Im not sure we can help with fixing this save without some serious editing using the Midnight Editor for Apoc (0.63 or better)

I highly recommend starting a new game if you do not want to continue with my "fixed" save for storage above

But before that do a complete "verify integrity of files" for the game through steam, then install DOSBox 0.74-3 over the top, then install my DOSBox.conf from the guide here

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2031580561

Only then should you be able to start a new game knowing that the game files are as they should be and DOSBox emulation won't create more as you play

Let me know how you get on

You will be prompted with a message indicating an organisation has become allied with the Aliens. If that hasn't happened, and these organisations are Hostile with you, that may very well mean that during your UFO battle you accidentally blasted a bunch of buildings when missing the Alien ships.
As for them not accepting payment, I have no information about that. I've never been denied, and have also never tried paying an Alien-allied organisation.

But this organisations have 0% of alien infiltration. I dont get any messages about allien allies. maybe its ok for end of game, I dont remember how I finish game before :)

If you didn't get a message stating that they are Alien allies, then they aren't actually friends with the Aliens at all.
Their hostility toward you is from your actions against them, which includes raiding their buildings, checking their building for Aliens (when there aren't any), causing damage during missions, and attacking their vehicles/buildings. Since you mentioned it happened after a UFO rush, then I would bet it was just stray lasers/missiles that hit their building(s).
Earlier today, I didn't realize Transteller hated me until new hires weren't allowed to use the Tubes to get to me. I wasn't paying attention during a recent UFO attack and apparently took a chunk out of one of their buildings and also dropped a long stretch of Tube. Had to pay $32k to get them Unfriendly. Also had to fire a 91 skill tech because they were perm-stuck in an apartment.

You should be fine, though. I would recommend just loading up a crew and repeatedly raiding a Cult of Sirius building over and over and over again (I usually hit the same building 3-6 times per visit). Raid the crap out of them; every building they own, 3+ times each per visit, as many visits as you can per day, also checking for Aliens before each Raid.
You'll end up with so much equipment that you'll be able to sell it all and start paying Hostile organisations to become Unfriendly.

Cult of Sirius is straight up the best org to farm for not just equipment, but combat experience for your troops. Even if you weren't in this 'everyone hates me' situation, I would still suggest turbo Raiding CoS every second of every day when you aren't shooting down UFOs or clearing buildings. :lunar2019laughingpig:

When I try to pay to this organisations, they dont take it, because I fight with they ally - aliens (that they say in pay menu). I have 1kk, and all agents with toxigun, so better shoot down Cult building to keep they in minus. And on bigger difficulty you need to pay more for relations :)

Here situation, a lot of hostle organisatons (you can see completely destroyed building of Marsek, but I did it after)

This is graph of infiltration (yes, I pressed refresh button, and yes, now I have 500k)

This is biggest problem, I only start to beuld X-COM crats, and cant more buy prophet missles for 6 Hawks, also Marsec have 4kk balance and can attack my bases.

You can still raid for aliens in organizations with high alien infilatration, JUST MAKE SURE YOU SAVE BEFORE TRYING...

Let's say the corporation has 3 buildings, save before, send your vehicles with men there and hit the "raid for aliens" if you receive the message saying there are none just reload and go to the NEXT building.

Not all infiltrated aliens trigger an operation to remove them, some aliens succesfully hide and you need to do this to clean the city.
KAT_Editor Mar 21, 2020 @ 9:08am
But I have clean graph. If someone dont like X-COM work - shoot they building untill they get negative balance, with that they cant attack bases. I dont like how game give random soldiers for base defence.
KAT_Editor Mar 21, 2020 @ 11:08am
In my game at beginning aliens focusing on Osirion, which have 6 buildings on hard, so using save/load its just loss of time. And I think save/load its like hacking.

@KAT_Editor Depending on where you are in the game you may be experiencing "Micronoid Rain"

Look for a blue sparkling beam below UFOs when they raid (It disappears quickly)
The fact that you had 7 come in at once also suggests this as large UFO spawns usually come with more nefarious mission types (See this image for the tiny blue sparkle effect - zoom in - https://www.ufopaedia.org/images/5/5a/Apoc_subversion.png )

If a building is affected by Micronoid Rain then there is a high chance (>90%) that the afflicted organisation will become friendly to the aliens but not necessarily ally with them - even if infiltration reports low or 0% still

Also be aware damage to the city can have MASSIVE impacts on relations
You are liable for damage the aliens cause (because you didn't stop them) as well as damage caused by your own craft.

In the mid to late game just one damaged city tile can set off a chain of relationship changes that mean whole swathes of the city can change alliances and friendships from the smallest of actions. If X-COM causes more city damage than the Aliens this can also push people to side with them.

Hope this helps without spoilering too much

CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE A SAVEGAME SO THAT WE CAN CHECK IT FOR THE MICRONOID RAIN FLAG? - Thankyou

Maybe I miss subversion ... But how you can dont damage city on hard? :) Here 1'000'000 buildings which chash after 1 hit at every pixel :)

I build many security stations on second base and craft X-COM armour, so now I ok, but I dont understand how some organisations start to raid my bases and attack them from outside with negative balance. But if you still want save > https://drive.google.com/open?id=16TA3CGNCYIkTzZWXV6uVatkk47jaD88N

Many thanks @KAT_Editor

I've passed the link over to Skin36 who does a lot of our investigations into Original Game issues
He's also in the process of making an awesome editor for the OG

If you want to discuss anything Apoc/OpenApoc you can find us on the official OpenApoc discord most of the time
https://discord.gg/WwDaFS9

But will still post a response here once we know what's going on with your game :)
Jackal84 Mar 22, 2020 @ 1:31pm
OK, back with an update thanks to Skin36's rapid work

There is no micronoid rain flag on the savegame so that is eliminated

Which means what you have experienced is likely the result of the MASSIVE damage to the city penalty you've collected over play

It may be worth setting your craft to fly higher and on second most aggressive stance (so they are close, but not really close)

Also disable weapons on craft to suit the situation so you don't fire too many rogue shots

Try to use more missiles with good guidance back upped by those disruptor beams instead of lasers and disruptors which just creates missed shot spam!

Try to use more targetting modules of the ADVANCED type (upgrade those old ones)

You need to bring down the damage to the city and also start raiding certain organisations to boost the favour and relations of those who would appreciate such hostility against their enemies.
KAT_Editor Mar 22, 2020 @ 2:20pm
But I pay for city damage and to damaged organisations :( Hoverbikes swarm good for aliens misshots :) Aliens have cloaking and teleportation on ships, so rockets not so good. Organisations become hostle again, when I fight VS aliens.

More 2 things which I dont understand:
1) Try to attack Megapol buildings at my save, they do not react. This is a problem when they attacked by someone, because I cant use maximum speed.
2) When I attacked Osirion building, I get fight with Vallyrie, 2 Hovercars and Hoverbike, when I got them and continue to attack buildinf, I get new Vallyrie, 2 Hovercars and Hoverbike, and this happened at third time. No I use manual control to shoot building entrances first.
Jackal84 Mar 22, 2020 @ 4:09pm
Megapol are ALLIED when i attack them from that save
They do not respond until you damage the building enough to make them hostile in terms of relations - then they start attacking

Seems to be working fine TBH with regards to that

Entrances for buildings have very high armour, unless you actually turn the entrance into a rubble block it will still spawn vehicles. The easiest way to destroy a garage/hanger is to get the building tiles above it (if applicable) to drop on to the garage hanger below then shoot it until it turns to the rubble sprite. Only then will the building stop producing vehicles
KAT_Editor Mar 22, 2020 @ 11:38pm
But in my save you can destroy all Megapol buiding and they keep do nothing. When they attacked by Osirion or other organisations like that, they do nothing too, but before they react on that.
