I'm pretty sure this is as uncensored as it's going to get. The only censor bar I remember seeing was on Leopold, but his model doesn't actully have a penis.

Ah, ok. Never caught the game when it came out and got confused around here.
No worries. IIRC the censored version ether wasn't relesed on PC or is extremely rare.

Do you maybe know how different it is from the PS2 version or what the "uncut and uncensored" part means here?

I think I had that or another version as a PS2 game once, but I'm not sure how different this could be now. I might be interessted in buying a different version but otherwise I'm not sure if I really want it again.

The only real difference is the censor bars being removed from the pc version. The reason for this is because the pc version got slapped with the dreaded AO rating, so they had to censor all the genitals for the PS2 version in order to get it downgraded to an M rating. I believe they are virtually identical besides that.
