Leisure Suit Larry - Magna Cum Laude Uncut and Uncensored

Controller Support will be added back in?
If the games do well in sales, will the devs have the money to revisit this title to implement the controller support the game had on consoles?

Does anyone know if the controller support is present in this port but just disabled possibly via a LUA file?

Unfortunately we can not make any changes to the original games.

I own the GoG.com version, check your install folder for a file called "ConfigUtil.exe" and run it, that'll let you change the resolution and configuration, it's where the controller support menu is.

Is there a way to enable it? Or is it enabled by default and maybe just missing from the store page? More people would buy it if maybe its there but just not on the store page?

Thanks for info, if there is enough money made, is there anyone we could reach out too so they could let you work with someone to help improve the game? Thanks for working to bring these to us on steam :D

The GoG version has controller support by default, so if this new team hasn't made any changes since then, the game should have controller support right out of the box. (although it will use keyboard promps in the tutorial, you'll have to remember which buttons do what.)

Nice to hear it has the controller support, wonder if its like Tropico 4 which had built in controller support and prompts for the PC version but it was just disabled. Maybe someone can find a way to enable the controller prompts since their probably still there since the devs said no changes were made.

The source code can't be found?

The funny part is, this is really the GOG copy put on Steam anyway. If you browse local files, you can find the configutil.exe file right there, plus it says GOG on it.

Wouldnt we just need the LUA file from the build used for consoles and just copy paste that in to the dir for our PC version? Would that work to add controller support, if its possible the button prompts should come with that file which does exist somewhere.
