How severe is the "nudity level" in LSL7?

I know there are some "easter eggs" that shows all ladies in the game naked, but, if you don't find such easter eggs, the nudity level is low or moderate? (like previous games)

Low. The only time I saw nudity was an easter egg I activated on accident.

I would say its on a moderate level, because nudity can also be shown in word and voices.
