Save the USSR

The moment with the collapse of the USSR is upsetting ... then the game gives you a chance to rewrite history .... for example, the USSR landing on the moon instead of the United States and does not save the USSR .... was it really difficult to make the choice you want to continue working as the USSR or as the Russian Federation. .. Guys tell me if: steamthumbsup: mod or file that can fix this jamb of developers (to leave the Soviet flag and its logos further in the game) ???

The game gives you the chance to rewrite SPACE history as the director of a national space agency, not ALL history as a political dictator. I doubt the Soviet program had the power to single-handedly prevent the collapse of the USSR, so why should you have that power in game as director of said agency?

hey I mean if they are planing to have steamworkshop (hopefully) So someone could make an choice were you can play as the Soviet and never collapse as long... say if you made it to the moon or did 20 or 15 1st place milestones. And/or you could chose at the start before you get in to chose if you want to play as the USSR or different such as Russian Federation or (Some people would love this) The Russian Empire. Who know... just wait until workshop comes.... then with a doubt we would be have a The New Order space mod (TNO is Hoi4 thing). Yet very crazy. Who knows what we could have.

Well the USSR didn't really shatter due to the space race... It was more of the change in leadership (stalin dying and all), modernization of war, the fact a lot of the outer pact-members never feeling actually part of the USSR as a whole, etc.

You can easily "mod" the game to save the USSR. However, I can't explain how to do it here since I think the Steam content rules forbid it. Despite that, once it is so easy to "mod" the fall of the soviet union, it would be effortless for the developers to add a "fall of USSR" option in future updates.

I'm by no means an expert, but I'm pretty sure the USSR didn't collapse because they didn't land on the moon fast enough, but because they was governed by conservatives (lol) for decades.

Devs, If you could please add the option for the USSR to pass the Liberman Reforms or build the OGAS, I'll change my rating for this game to put it among my favorites.

Russia was inept to go to the moon because every of their N1 rockets exploded and the surplus N1s were used as pig shacks. Even nearly every unmanned russian mars mission failed. That's history.
