Merry Christmas achievement

I've had 8/10 and it gets to end and seems to be good ending but no ach. I've had 11/10, 12/10 (guide ending) 17/10. 18/10. But everytime I go over 10/10 it hangs on following screen (after I click that text), blue bauble to get to menu doesn't work it freezes up. So how do I get 10/10 or for it not to hang on me?

I did eventually clear appdata, always new game, don't have DLC, stopped skipping before snowman as thought it was the skipping was the problem.

Really think you should get good ending for anything over 10/10!

OK got the ach with a 9/10 (a girl with blue hair shows up in the lighted street) and it didn''t hang, still think something is wrong as it shouldn't hang like that.

Yeah, I got 19/10 and the game hung in the exact same place for me. Aargh.

Did you get the bad ending? I tried to follow the guide but that just gave 12/10
