MC Labs - how to use it.

So when I completed the MC Labs, early in the following month it asked me which soldiers I wanted to sent out for training.

I did sent them all out and to my surprise I could continue to use theses soldiers. I have not received any others pop-up the month after, how does this work out ?

After the end of the next month the pop up will show you which stats the soldiers have. For quicker info you can save and move the time to fast forward without doing any mission.

The selected for mc lab are fully useable in missions. Not like the new xcom parts.

Well, the pop-up is not showing I guess it is bugged. I filled it up thought. So my best soldiers are boosted now....
