Can't pass the mainmenu

Just bought the game and I can't press anything at menu, found out the problem is the savedata thing but theres no folder there at all. need help with the file so I can finally play the game

Is it on your first playthrough? Are you stuck on the screen where it say ''Press (button)''?

Nevermind good sir I tried to uninstall it now I can pass the menu through the game and settings, I can't press anything earlier
