Power seal in Autumn zone

So there is one last seal in the Autumn area that I cant seem to get. Its on the far right side of the map, and it seems I need to be in the past to get it, but I cant figure out how to get to that area without being in the future? This one is really stumping me, any help appreciated. Thanks!

not sure exactly what your talking about, but in the leftish side of the autumn zone there's a platform with a time barrier under it that you could get to and switch from future/past then go back to the right.

OOH, I dunno why that took me forever to figure out
You have to leave Autumn Hills, go into the beginning of Forlorn Temple for the time warp (it's right before the lil' phobia construction gusy), then backtrack.

But how do you get to the actual power seal? I've got passed the two swings, then there is just an empty room with what seems like two breakable blocks on the floor to the right. How do you break them when you can only attack vertically?

Hold jump so that you glide and just attack, it makes you attack downwards so you can break the blocks.
