Sunken Shrine/Howling Grotto past glitch?

So I realized that you can't get into the sunken shrine unless your in the future from the howling grotto (its just completely blocked off otherwise), but I did realize that you can get back the other way from the sunken shrine into the grotto from the past by looping through one of the portals to get back into the main room. Thinking there might be a secret if I went back into the grotto from the shrine entrance being in the past, I tried aaaand crashed the game twice? So anyone else have that problem?

I'm beginning to think that they didn't even make that area, assuming that it was impossible to reach in the past.

well aside of tyhe fact you literally play through grotto in the PAST before even going to tower of time, youre wrong.

you were never intedned to go back to the entrance of grotto in the past. that is why the future one is a portal, and has a gigantic wall blobking you .

Yes, but it doesn't actually prohibit you from doing so. You can crash the game by going to an area they didn't intend you to go to.

Yes, but it doesn't actually prohibit you from doing so. You can crash the game by going to an area they didn't intend you to go to.

i guess so. seems liek you have to gp really ot of your way to even get therei got to the sunken shrine no problem, just followed directions and voial! and yu even get a portal to it afterwards.

I think he just meant the underwater section of the grotto, not the grotto as a whole

I mean, intended or not, you can still get back to it, it isnt blocked off. I'm gonna check for secrets everywhere I can, I wouldnt have tried to go back twice if that wasnt the case

well do you have the upgrade for showing where seals are on the map? just buy hints from shopkeeper if you're stuck, but as far as secrets go... all you're going to find is time crsytal chunks.
