Need help with the power seal in the ninja village - what does the magic seashell do?

So I just got the candle and previously got the magic seashell which it's description is "lets you hear the call of the deep" so I went to the only place in the game i remember having an ocean, the start of the game in ninja village. I'm also trying to 100% the power seals, i have most of them but I can't figure out how to get the one in ninja village which is said to be a screen up from the very left side/end of the map. I thought the magic seashell would be the answer to that but no luck

Ah, as my luck would have it I figured it out immediately afer posting this, so for those coming to this thread for the same reason, to get the power seal in ninja village you have to be in the future, from there go to the platform at the very edge and there will be the red tree with a small wood wall you can grapple (i'm sorry, rope-dart) on to, then youll be put in the room with the power seal challenge
