Missing Musical Note

I have every musical note except for the third to last one and the prophet it just telling me to go to the final area. Here's a screenshot of the note I'm missing. I know I got the strength (crags), chaos (underworld), harmony (skylands), faith (sunken temple), and I've forgotten the rest of the names of the notes. Any ideas?

After doing stuff at Forlorn Temple, you will be able to use the portal inside the Tower of Time where you will find the last music note.

Key of Symbiosis (Purple) = Elemental Skylands
Key of Strength (Green) = Searing Crags
Key of Love (Pink) = Sunken Shrine
Key of Hope (Yellow) = Autumn Hills
Key of Courage (Blue) = The Corrupted Future
Key of Chaos (Orange) = Underworld
