Ultimate Edition vs Bundle

I don't get it.
Is this just the base game plus DLC combo'd together?
If so, why re-release it together as a separate Steam Store page and not just ... mark the base game and DLC prices down slightly and make a bundle or collection or whatever that includes all of it for $30?

Am I missing something?

Well they did add a couple things IIRC, but I don't remember specifically what per se. One thing that is different is that save files are handled differently. In one version each mode has three save files and in the other one each save slot has space for each mode. Not really changing much for the end user but it's something?
