I would not want the game to have H-scenes in them, but it would indeed be nice if underwear too could be removed.

I'm kinda surprised, really, that nobody made such mod already.

The dev could least ask the review team how they feel about it. Perhaps it's possible to have it allowed in some countries, and not in others.

I dont think the "Steam wont allow it" reason applies anymore, now that they have an entire section dedicated to games with explicit nudity and sex, plus they allow companies like Illusion (who are INFAMOUS for their porn games) to post their content to Steam, often with an adult patch available on their company site

My point still stands, If Steam will allow a company to sell a game on their site, and then release a patch that enables, among other things, "non consensual fun times", then I dont see why they would have an issue with you making a side patch to remove underwear

The ever growing list of banned anime indie games clearly says that Valve does care. Just google for "banned anime games on Steam". A lot of those were banned for doing exactly what you suggest - attempting to outsmart Steam and "sneak in" some adult content (like developers releasing external "nude" patches). There never will be any adult content/patches coming from me, sorry.

Is that even still a thing anymore? There are so many fully uncensored hentai and porn games out there on steam now and they aren't exactly hiding and they don't need a patch either.

I feel like the patch loophole is only really necessary if you want to dodge the whole age gating thing though I'm not sure why someone would if they planned on adding 18+ content into their game or if they wanted to sneak it past a specific country's censorship laws but that has very little to do with steam other than steam stating that content banned in a country not be sold in that country via their guidelines.

I've never created nor posted a game to steam and can only go off what I've seen and what I've read in their guidelines so if there's something I don't know about or that I'm missing then I'd be really interested in learning more about it.
