Will DLC arrive on Switch or Switch 2?

I´ve purchased the game on the Switch (physical) along with my wife, as we thought that the game would be perfect as she does love the design, the storytelling and the legacy system. But its incomplete, as there is no DLC or patches to further the work of WoldWalker Games. Will we eventually get the complete edition on the Switch? Is it even being considered or should i just sell my copy on Switch and purchase it on Steam?...

Kill effects now happen before death effects (so if you have Untouchable and kill an enemy that explodes, Untouchable will now prevent the explosion damage)
Fixed bug where Drathix Dragonbreath didn't respect Engage
Fixed bug where Sneer could be used by stunned enemies
Fixed bug where Spelltouched tattoo skin, one of Vulta's sleeves, and Beastblight omenroad weapon didn't show up on Linux
Fixed possible crash when assaulting site while incursion is attacking a site
Fixed bug where corruption wave in Temple of Silence could happen many times in a row
Translation adjustments
Tools: Fixed bug with mod injection on null strings

Transformation modification (for Devs and Modder)

Could we be able to add a option or a mod that we could active and disable if people don't want it, and the point would be to still equipe weapon even if the character his transformed that would be nice, i was planning to make a fire paladin but i can't because he lose his shield when he get fire touched...
