Is this game interesting to play solo?

Is it interesting to play this game alone or is it intended to be played only in a team?
I saw in the categories there is "For one player", but how good is this game for solo player?

You don't need to force your obviously superb strategies on to your friend if you play it solo.
On the other side I feel with someone else it's more fun to follow the story when you split the characters.

Honestly I think it's better solo since you aren't fighting over battle strategy with the other players and any mistakes are entirely your fault instead of someone else's mistakes that you're powerless to stop.

It's still good when played with friends though.
