The Drauven_Skysinger is an enemy, so that card has to be available for it to trigger. After a fight with a Skysinger, this event populates. I recommend to do a Drauven campaign to get this earlier, save before the end of a battle with one. Keep saving scumming until this after battle event happens
Thank you. Im in chapter 4 of the Drauven campaign trying to get it to pop. Guess i need to just let hundreds of days pass by and see if I can spawn that card and try again on the 2nd to last tile before end (its the only non-final tile left, but its at least Drauven).
Not just the Wiki. The asset in game has abilities used by Skysinger (infusion). You can see it in the Tools/Editor/Content and Comics editor (just type skysinger).
I can confirm that Drauven I card looks identical to the wiki Skysinger I, so im back to thinking this trigger condition is broken.

I think this quest is either bugged or presently WAY too hard to trigger to be meaningful.
As for the conditions, my target hero had the highest leader, hothead and greedy score over 80 of the characters in the encounter.
My successful event was following an encounter on a swamp tile, that was against Drauven and included a deeven.
I can confirm that skysinger was an old name for the deeven enemy as per the developer here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/763890/discussions/0/3053985636032365299/
Admittedly, I cannot remember specifically having another party member that met the goofball requirement, but sounds like it wouldn't hurt ensuring another party member met this requirement.
Even with all the above, it still took me a dozen reloads at the end of the battle (I saved just before I completed the fight).
You do need a character with Goofball>60, and this should be someone other than the person you want to give the wings to.
*You can confirm this yourself if you enable cheats and create the conditions for it to spawn, then compare that with a save that hasn't given you the specific card yet. The 'pick events' menu shows all the logic behind event triggers, including fail conditions. Wings of Icarus and Outcasts would have both been impossible for me without that.
I think you're right. I think I got that confused with a run where I tried to use a winged character as the goofball. You do want to make sure there isn't anyone else with the transformation you're trying to get, but that's as far as it goes
As a side note, a lot of people in the guide section and wiki copy and paste the script so exactly without explanation, it leads to a lot of problem how its read by our average person. For example, a line of cosmetic text will say "Goofball", but the actual script which does something says that Goofball, Healer, ect needs to be over 60. Sometimes they won't even mention if it's above 60, 80, or set to max either. I hope this gets cleaned up by someone eventually.
I'm 0 and 2! Feels bad man. I loaded up an old save that didn't have either mob's card, and proved it's the Deeven, not Pilot. Source folder is here[drive.google.com] if anyone cares. The event won't occur when the game's first loaded, but will after the card is in the deck.
- Drauven I card was present on the map (the pop up) and was exactly the card needed.
- This event only spawns after the fight, not before.
- I save scrubbed (saved right before last hit of the fight) for 90ish minutes and got this event to spawn twice.
- I had 1 person with other wings, but the Target Character ONLY had leader 99 (goofball and hothead were both in the 30s)
- The Dice roll icon shows in the bottom right corner, but no % numbers in that choice or subsequent menu of choices.
This event is definitely wonky as hell. I set up a macro (esc, enter, and mouse clicks) to reload the save and make the last hit. I could have manually save scrub faster, but a slower macro allowed me to sit back and eat dinner and watch some streams on the other monitor.
I was reloading a save almost 3 times a minute on the macro (intentionally slow so i could stop it if I saw the event i was looking for before it esc/last choice-picked and reloaded save).
in 90 minutes, about 200 save scrubs, this event triggered TWICE (clearly needs some boost to triggering frequency, shouldn't be this hard). The first time, my character failed to get any wings and the Drauven got a calamity card (i assume this is the failure 2, but not sure why he had no Teeny Wings). The 2nd time and the last save scrub I got my Hawksoul wings.
I do not think it matters, but I made the Drauven I unit on the map the last kill (and i even used the character I wanted to get the wings. Certainly irrelevant, but when you've reloaded saves 3-400 times, you end up messing around with all kinds of superstitions).
