Topic title says it all. Stuck at the first campaign.

It is one of the provinces on hte map, marked with a giant cross.

If you can not see it right now, start exploring and you will see it eventually. Some of the map will only reveal if you finished certain story milestones. Mostly chapter transitions, but any part of the map can be locked behind anything.

Another common hiccup is, you may need to click on a river or mountain range in order to build a bridge or pass across it to get to your goal.
