F16 has no online-features but is not playable offline... great!

I can confirm, FRITZ 16 steam edition doesn't work offline!!! I have contacte the Chessbase support, they were surprised about the issue... even after I reinstalled the game, it does NOT launch if offline...

This is probably an unintentional mistake by Steam, because the normal version, once activated, does not require internet access
