Are Solitare games unsolvable?
Is it me or did they design Solitare in a way that it cannot be solved?
I had several tries and it lead to a dead end, so at first i thought it's because of my mistakes.
But then had a game where it 100% cannot have been solved.
All lines were open except one and it had the Queen of Hearts on it, at the same time none of the black kings were open (thus were behind the queen), so the queen cannot have been moved. The only remaining option was to move the queen into final slots, but 7 of hearts was missing too (thus was behind the queen).
See the snapshot here[imgur.com] to understand.
So i don't know if this is a bad programming or an intended feature, curious what others found.

Yes, it's intentional. There is another thread here about it.

That's a good question, i don't know. It wasn't there...
Something weird is going on with this game.

It's intentional. You can "finish", but there's a missing king. And will always have. I think you just have to play over and over and over again till you get the achievement

Even basic solitaire is not always solvable. So it's not a bad programming when it simply gets stuck.

But in this game there is an extra problem that one king is missing. I solved everything two times out of 6 and both times one of the kings was missing. I am not sure what this means, but if some people say that this is intended, it will be interesting to discover why later. Not reading spoiler threads yet because I only watched ~35 clips out of 170 and kinda got the basis of the story and few important moments but not all the details.

There are some clues in the videos about the king. It's like the mirror in Her Story. Not really important to understand the story, but a nice addition.
