In-game solitaire bug(or intentional?) (possible spoilers)

So I'm about 25% into the game, and I've noticed that it is impossible to complete the in-game solitaire, since there will always be a King card missing. (I've played twice, once a ♤K missing, once a ♡K missing)

It feels like a pretty strange bug. But it could still possibly be intentional. Any ideas?

Edit: Yes it is intentional. After several more games I got an achievement calling the solitaire game "Pointless".

I got my king of clubs missing. Looking through the achievement list it seems there's a achievement called pointless game with Kings as logo, might have something to do with this.

Same thing happened to me, so I tried again. Beat solitaire twice with all cards available the second and third time around. Bad news: no flying card victory screen, you just close Solitaire and move on :(

Haha, right? Seriously though I know it's such a petty complaint for such a fun game, but I was waiting for the achievement or something. Also I suck at solitaire and I can't tell you how many times I had to play it before I finally won. Give me the flying cards, damnit! 5/7

I've won a second time and it was still missing a king, wasn't the same suit as before tho. I did get the achievement after dealing the cards multiple times. So maybe the game is indeed impossible.

I think you just have to keep playing Got the achievement even though I "won" the game about 3 times or so via playing and resetting
